ErgoPhysio Clinic

ErgoPhysio prides itself on providing individualised treatment plans to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals.

We value thorough assessment and prioritise evidence-based treatment, using a range of modalities to restore physical function and improve performance. A standard treatment period may include:

  • Comprehensive 45-minute musculoskeletal assessment to understand you as an individual, your injury, and your goals.

  • Clear education to help you understand your condition, expected recovery, and how to actively improve pain and function.

  • Strength and conditioning–based rehabilitation programs designed to be simple, research-informed, and tailored to your schedule. We use PhysiApp so your exercise program is always accessible on your smart device.

  • Manual therapy, including joint mobilisations, soft tissue techniques, and dry needling, to address pain, stiffness, and movement impairments identified during assessment.

  • GP reports and correspondence, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with your GP and other health professionals involved in your care.

  • We’re outcome driven. We believe your treatment plan should be aligned with your goals – and regularly use outcome measures and benchmarks to track progress.
